Books about Subjects I Love
Writing from the Heart for 30 Days and then Promoting My Work
This hub is my pledge to participate in the new 60 Day Challenge initiated by Sunforged . I have published 6 hubs and am working madly to finish my latest so that I may publish it as an entry for the present challenge.
Goals
My goals for participating in this challenge are as follows:
1.) Increase the number of hubs I havepublishedon Hub Pages.
2.) Increase my overall productivity as a writer.
3.) Increase traffic to all of my published hubs.
4.) Become more involved in the Hub Pages community and get to know better some of my fellow "hubbers"...as well as offer support to fellow "wordcrafters."
5.) Learn more about how to work the HP system for generating income for my writing so that I may fund home-schooling my daughter by this means.
In the process of writing more hubs, I will use my "dreamtime" to access creative energy I have not yet tapped. I have a daily creativity practice that I keep up with, which keeps my artistic energy flowing and ever new. Under my "Amazon" capsule below I have recommended a bunch of books I would like to read and believe you might also be inspired by. The niches I plan to write in include Food and Wine , Parenting, Nature/Gardening , Poetry , Arts/Crafts , and either Home-schooling or Cohousing . I am looking forward to how these new hubs work to also promote my older hubs, who are suffering from a decline in traffic. Thanks to Edweirdo and his article on RSS feeds, I have gotten all of my hubs working together to promote each other. Looking forward to meeting more of you fellow hubbers out there. Bueno Suerte y Salud! In Irish Gaelic, Slainte!

The Path of the Turtle
My 30 hubs are now complete. I may have finished them behind all of the others who have been participating in this challenge, due to the call of family and other commitments, but I did manage to finish and publish them. Like the turtle, I have slowly and steadily finished the race. I may not have "won" the race, but I have gained appreciation for the power of internet presence. I will continue to write more hubs, but will do so at an easier pace. See you all soon!
